Let me take measurements and fabricate a threaded collar for OHLINS that fits the GSF1200.

I’d like to compromise and use 2017, but let’s go with 7075 to be safe.
I love 75—it’s really beautiful—but on a small lathe like ours, cutting it takes a lot of time.
Finally, I’ll do a two-face cut with a small milling machine and it’s done.
Making something like this takes me about three hours, so we basically don’t take on this kind of custom work.
A stepped collar on one side is a handy design. A 25φ axle is possible too, but let’s keep it simple this time and go with 20φ.
