Benefits of the multi-reflector
• It’s lightweight.
• The light gathering is good, I think.
• The cut is on the back, so there’s minimal light loss, I believe.
The lens interior gets cloudy and develops a cataract-like haze, so cleaning or replacing it makes it dramatically brighter.
It suddenly gets a modern-looking face. The light axis on both sides works as intended, of course.
Minor machining is needed, such as drilling holes and adjusting the light axis spring seat.
It would be nice if they added it to the compatibility lineup, but this is a minor model, after all.
What’s left is the inspection, direct battery wiring, brake switch, and silencer. Almost there.
