The paint has come back from Nishimura Coating, so I’d like to reinstall the legs.
Due to time constraints, I’m cutting a few corners. We tap all the parts, clean them thoroughly, blow them with compressed air, wash them, check them, and finally we’re ready to start assembly.
Let’s clean the fork too.
Both sides are in perfect condition with high precision.
The SKF has finally turned black…… I wish it had stayed green. Too bad.
Let’s replace the front wheel bearing too.
The distance collar is a critical inspection item.
I’ll clean up the unfortunate scars from the multi-tap as well.
