The request is to install a brake switch on the CP4125-2 radial master without any modifications.
We found a promising threaded hole on the lever side, so we’ll start by using it to install an eccentric spacer.
We’ll create a flanged collar to insert into the brake hose outlet, fabricate a switch bracket on it, and weld it in place.
Next, we’ll weld a nut to the flanged collar, secure it with a set screw, and we’re done.
We’re still deciding whether to use a PEEK set screw to avoid scratching and prevent rotation.
