I’ve set up a new digital tenon stand as requested. 
It’s actually a VR3. I was going for a much more aggressive bend, but during fabrication I discovered the shape just wouldn’t bend no matter what I tried, so I kept it simple… 
I was thinking of just tack welding or doing a light pass, but I got a bit carried away… and it went all the way through to the back.
I use a V5 to bend and build up strength. SUS304, 0.8 mm 
I’m glad I sourced those 10 mm diameter boring tools—they’re really handy to work with. 
The twist ended up in a spot with less tension. Sorry about that.
I installed helicoils again… I’ve gotten pretty good at this by now.
After the test ride, it’s complete.
