Sportster 1200: Little-by-Little Changes

 

 
Rubber-mount carburettor Sportster 1200.
Brembo caliper & master / handlebar adjustable / Honda switch / Öhlins rear suspension /
Baby Face belly pan / brake hose fabrication / ETC installation
Doesn’t seem like much, but I have a feeling there might be something
 

 
Large-character casting—pretty clean.
I’ll check the split bolts just to be safe since they’re scary.
 

 
Thin? I guess? There’s plenty of room on the back, so something beefier might work too?
 

 
SUS bolts came with the caliper support, so I cleaned it up with a little trick
 

 
Drilled the wire ring hole too for a visual upgrade
 

 
Despite the bad weather today, there were so many people that we didn’t get much done…
The air goes up high, so we had to wait, and what was supposed to finish didn’t.
