GSF1200 Carburettor Maintenance and Bits

 

 
Here’s that GSF1200 we did oil-cooled maintenance on the other day★
This time it’s carburettor maintenance and a few other bits.
Stock carburettor maintenance……32,300 yen If the engine is hard to start, idling is erratic, or the exhaust smells like gasoline, we check the carburettor.
 

 
The steering adjustment was pretty loose and rattly, so we tightened it up nicely.
The customer was worried the disc might have runout, so
 

 
we did a quick one-two check.
To be honest…
If the disc has holes in it, there’s not much we can do★
The outer edge and inner area don’t contact the pads, so measurement is tricky.
Well, we can tell if there’s runout or not…
OK.
 

 
The carburettor was a bit off? Or maybe not?

All the PJs were loose★
