The Nitron OH is back, so it’s time to install it.
Whether it’s for the camera, the inspection, tie-downs during transport, or rear suspension installation,

gets wrapped around for protection.

Since there’s no time to wait, I’ll put Delrin to work.
Running it hard through the ball mill,
then cutting with a metal saw ★ not a high-speed cutter
If I mill the reverse side at 180 degrees, I can get two pieces from one blank.
This time I made it a bit thicker at T = 12 mm.
Since milling further would be tedious, I cut it with a contour cutter,
It’s a bit uneven, but since it’s hand-finished, I’ll let it slide.
After that, a test ride and we’re done!
