We’re getting that rainy season weather now, aren’t we?
The “Oh, the rainy season’s already over, right?” conversation won’t work anymore.
Basically one shot! Once in a while we miss ★
No re-inspection = the line doesn’t get backed up = nice for everyone.
I hear headlights often fail inspection,
but actually they have to be pretty far off to require re-inspection.
With the tester, each side within 27 cm
Top 10 cm, bottom one-third of horizontal
Or something like that… I think? Who knows?? I’m a bit fuzzy on it.

By the way…
If the vertical and horizontal alignment is off, the light output drops.
Dropping on one side is not normal.
Aiming downward has a slightly wider strike zone than aiming upward.
Standard halogen bulbs with their warm color temperature are easier to pick up and tend to have better light intensity than white ones.
If I write too much extra stuff, I’ll lose business, so I’ll keep it light.
Sometimes the bulb is junk, or the lens is fogged up, or it’s dark without an added relay,
or cheap HID doesn’t put out enough light, or some units with lens cuts are finicky to adjust.
And then there’s the headlight aim adjuster stuck or the rubber bushing broken, making adjustment impossible.
Plus, since a person is sitting on it, vehicles with soft suspension move the headlight aim all over the place.
So if you check it with the tester beforehand, there’s no problem, as they say.
Same goes for exhaust emissions ★
