The links and swingarm located on the underside of the frame surprisingly often lack proper maintenance★
Water contamination causes significant rust, and since they only operate at fixed angles,
the bearings and spacers develop step wear in some areas,
leading to sluggish operation.
We pack new bearings generously with NewTech NC100 for smooth operation and
reliable lubrication throughout.
If the pivot section has excessive play, we adjust the full width with shims so it moves smoothly up and down with no slack.
Disassembly, cleaning, lubrication, and reassembly while mileage is still low keeps your bike performing at its best for much longer.
