Z1R II Flat-Rate Motorcycle Inspection / Front Maintenance and More

Well, here’s today’s occult report.
It’s been resolved, so all good ★ all good ★
Now let me sum it up!
No problems so far → remove front assembly → prepare for welding to remove steering race
→ remove battery & remove tank → end up removing race with a puller
→ wheel center issue arises → wheel resolved
Bottom case threads stripped → install helicoil
→ position bulb falls inside headlight → rescue it
Engine oil & brake fluid change → engine starts but stops right away
Open tank cap & oil filler → swap in fuel poly tank for synchronization
→ check ignition → replace spark plug as backup just in case
→ check carburettor jets and assemble → starts overflowing
→ disassemble and reassemble again → still not resolved
 

 
Result: resolved ★ absolutely no problems
 

 
Was the cause incidental or was it happening chronically?
Fuel filter air leak
 

 
I thought the fuel hose shape looked odd,
but it’s completely collapsed inside as if a vacuum formed.
This might be a layout issue?
 

 
Feels like something like this happened before, or maybe not
Should’ve checked it from the start without being lazy ★
Anyway, glad it worked out~
