The answer was simple—I was adjusting the light beam at idle
Since the charging output is low to begin with, the battery was weak.
But it’s still dropping slightly ★
On the tester, the standard bulb’s orange-ish color actually shows higher brightness than the white one.
I don’t like that…

LOW is 25,500 CD ★ (RAYBRIG LOW side)
By the way, the “Stanley standard bulb LOW side” was 20,000…
So on the tester, the HI side brightness actually dropped.
