What to do about this… I’ll peel off the seal and take a look.
When you remove it, the seal bends a bit, so be careful.
The grease is hardened and there’s not much around the ball
Once it warms up, some of it will work its way in, but ★ the oil from your nose will cover it
It builds up
Moving to the rear
This chain adjuster costs 450 yen each, so if it’s dirty, we replace it right away ★
The center nut is expensive, so we polish it and reuse it
The corrosion is severe, so we’ll replace the hose.
