I really love this exhaust gasket★
The Kawasaki OEM crush-type ones crumble and fall apart, and you have to mess with greasing them, so I go with this one instead.
It has a flange on the side of the gasket that bends along with it and catches—it’s a handy design★
It doesn’t deform easily, so it works great.
Muffler is all set★
The engine won’t turn over at all!!
No spark is jumping!! That’s gotta be it, right?
Power is reaching the primary side of the coil, so it’s gotta be the igniter or the pickup area…
Wait—the igniter’s terminal doesn’t have the locking tabs for a connector…
The connector is plugged in, but the wires aren’t actually making contact★
I reattached the terminal and got it started!
Looks like completion might come sooner than expected…
