The Sportster’s been acting up lately
The ignition switch works sometimes, doesn’t work other times
It turns on if I fiddle with it just right, but it dies when I try to start it…
The last things I touched were the tank and seat
That’s probably where the problem is.
Every last one of them has expired registration and I don’t ride them anyway★
The only one with current registration has an electrical problem
The voltage is 12.4V, a bit low, so I’m recharging it. I need to check the regulator!
I sprayed contact cleaner in the key cylinder and the ignition switch started working…
That’s scary… Maybe I should replace it?
