No matter what, there’s just too much to buy… Wood screws/tapping screws/electrical materials/lumber/tools – it’s giving me a real headache.
With the spread of the internet and the evolution of AI these days, the options have multiplied so much, for better or worse. If I didn’t know better, I’d just “make do with whatever’s available nearby,” but with everything I end up searching for “the best and finest possible” options, don’t I?
Still unresolved, but “argon gas” is nowhere to be found… Huh?? Why isn’t it in stock? In Tokyo I could easily pick and choose from anywhere and get it arranged. My head hurts every day…
Found a “pesticide-free vegetable direct sales shop” nearby! (*´ω｀*)
It opens at 8:30 AM with a three-price choice system of “100/150/200 yen.” You have to bring a jingling coin purse to make a purchase.
Even though I went first thing in the morning, an old lady had already bought the cucumbers before I could get any ( ；∀；) This time I bought “zucchini (yellow and green)/beets/carrots/potatoes” and headed home. All that for just 650 yen! It’s amazing. I’ve only cooked the potatoes so far, but “the aroma and sweetness are incredibly strong.” I really found a great spot.
In my opinion, the fit and grip are excellent and they don’t tear easily. I’ve washed them many times and they should easily last over a year. If you’re looking for this type of thin grip glove, check these out.

Basically it’s not that affordable, so my plan to use the bare minimum and make do with what I have was naive.
I ordered the missing items from Monotaro again today… No matter what I order, money flies out in five-figure amounts, so I’m a bit worried about my credit card bill this month and next.
Thanks to everyone’s crowdfunding support, I’m somehow getting by. Heart marks are accumulating quite a bit, so “I need to do a follow-up crowdfunding soon,” but I currently don’t have the mental energy to think about it…
About half the factory is piped with Nitto Air Liner. Since I only use it for bike work, I’ve been using the thinnest 25Φ pipe from before.
This kind of pipe layout gets addictive once you start, so it takes quite a bit of time.
Deciding where to mount the air reel is tricky
This time I built the walls so solidly that the rebar isn’t very visible. Considering installation on the board, Fischer DUOTEC10 (50 pieces) 537258 was also ordered.
Whether to mount directly to the steel frame is still under consideration… Before that, I want to install a wooden plate, so I need to go to Cainz for that too… And I have no screws in stock at all… That’s how I’m shopping every day ( ；∀；)
Bought a German-made HAILO ladder because the ceiling is too high
At this maximum height, I can finally maintain the air conditioner filter. The current factory ceiling turned out to be higher than I imagined, so I’m a bit panicked.
The steps are wide, so it feels very reassuring. It’s all aluminum, so it’s quite lightweight.
Just buying one ladder, I agonize over the brand, so even that takes several hours to pass. Having too many choices to pick from is a problem, isn’t it?
Once I decide and buy it, I feel settled, so that’s good enough. So I’ll try to report on progress when I have time, max.
