I killed some time at CIBONE and SPIRAL in Omotesando
and caught Avatar, which I’d missed over the New Year!
A must-see for fantasy maniacs, this one is.
Roar, whoosh, screech screech.
The story plays out just like the trailer, but I wonder how they pull off creating such vast imagery?

I saw it in 2D, but there’s also 3D available ☆
Though that might make you dizzy
While I was standing in line to buy tickets,
a red and blue boy in front of me said, “You’ve got colors that really pop too!” and asked for “two tickets”
Attendant: “Just to confirm, this theater is showing 2D, not 3D. Is that all right?” she said into the microphone.
3D Taro: “What’s the difference between 3D and 2D?”
Attendant: “…” ← a moment of silence … “With 3D, things pop out at you. With 2D, they don’t.”
3D Taro: “Oh, I see! So this one doesn’t pop out!”
Attendant: “That’s right!”
Whoosh, flutter flutter, zoom
And so the day ended …
