I ate too much last night and felt a bit off~
Pretty rough. But the work was finished last night.
Now let’s disassemble the steering.
Looking at the upper plastic cover, it doesn’t appear to have been taken apart before.
The operation wasn’t that bad, but now it moves nice and snappy! ★
The fork oil was surprisingly clean.
After replacing the handlebar post,
Caliper maintenance.
Since we’ve got those fancy Brembo calipers ★, let’s give them a good cleaning now and then.
For the rear, we cleaned the caliper and peeled back the pad surface for a good scrub.
The pad surface was old and hardened, so I gave it a nice light cleaning.
Went out for a test ride and picked up some bearings for the bicycle while I was at it.
