I made the brake hose, but don’t I need to put a helicoil in the caliper?
The banjo fitting is a short straight type, period-correct
Pretty rugged looking—I really dig it
Mine’s got a pretty old-style banjo fitting
The rear brake hose would actually look cooler with a slightly thinner hose like on the RGB500
Angled about 20 degrees, and it clears the caliper interference too.
I’ve already pulled the piston out, so now I’m waiting for the helicoil.
