I’ve been here since this morning—it’s Decoboco.
I went to the bank and had a bunch of errands to run…
I went for the vehicle inspection too, but the registration office was completely empty. I’ll have to go back tomorrow.
It was so cold I forgot my camera, so no photos today.
Sigh…
