Now let’s install the Watani unit.
We ran into trouble finding space to mount the main body, so we ended up fabricating a bracket and sending it out for anodizing.
Since they wanted it back by the weekend,
we just did the prep work and sent it back.
The anodized parts for the CBR1000RR came back too.
Koukken Denka really is something else!
Since it was already anodized, we had to strip and re-anodize it, which is a bit risky.
You can end up with blotchy spots or poor color development, so we asked them to do it because of their high reliability.
I was a little nervous opening the package!
At this rate, the buff work should be coming up soon too.
After we assemble the steps,
