The structural modification paperwork itself isn’t that much work, but—
Gathering all the documentation and writing up the forms is a pain.
Plus you can only do it at your local transportation bureau, so we don’t bother with it since we’re only in Shinagawa. Don’t ask us to handle it.
It’s something you can do yourself, so please don’t request it.

I’ve got to head out again in the afternoon with another one—and I need to drop off the anodizing too
