It’s indoors, but it’s a neglected bike.

Deco-mainte is such unglamorous work that there’s no dramatic change.
But doing it is better than not doing it.
Let’s remove the lever, wash it, apply a thin coat of grease, and improve its operation.
If you oil it regularly, a lubricating spray works fine too.
Fluid changes, wheel bearing inspection, carburettor synchronization…
Remove the throttle sleeve, clean it, and oil it.
That’s pretty much it.
The steering is terribly bad… it’s rough.
I’ll replace it. The upper seal was from a different model, and that was making the operation worse too.
