Road racing bikes look so cool… so cool…
It’s a bike-spotting trip all the way to Tameike-Sanno.
Y’s on Route 1 would have been fine too, but the train access was bad so I ruled it out.
Right now, the hottest one in my mind is the Pinarello FP3.
Prince—it’s got a design you’d mistake for carbon fiber, and the performance is top-notch too, apparently.
There were other bikes too, but my eyes only go to Colnago and Pinarello…
I saw a Cinelli in town with a slim frame and full carbon wheels front and rear—that’s cool too.
With such a simple bike, your eye goes to the design… true Italian design with an organic frame.
I’m getting all worked up.
It’s down to three choices: Pinarello, Colnago, or Cinelli.
Am I going to buy one? Well, I probably won’t. Or rather, I can’t afford it…
