I didn’t want to show up empty-handed, so I bought some ice cream like Häagen-Dazs to cover for it.

The okonomiyaki I was looking forward to was ready.
As expected from a flour artisan! The balance was excellent.
Maybe I’m overthinking it, but I can’t quite accept the phrase “delicious!”

I prefer thin and crispy, but this time it was voluminous and chewy★
Making it chewy makes it a bit watery, but with strong seasoning underneath, it’s still crispy and delicious.
It had the specs to hold its own even if you got the proportions of aonori and bonito flakes wrong.
