Today was clear skies, so I got the sudden urge to ride a bike, and since I had some errands to run, I called Asakawa and
went to visit him★
There it was—the nostalgic GSX-R1000!
Was it just a coincidence, or was I meant to be there?★
Well, it was well-maintained and looking great.
The engine fired right up and had a really nice engine note!
It’s supposed to run the Suzuka Circuit in this year’s 8-hour endurance race

That’s quite something! Exciting stuff! (Though I’m not going to the 8-hour race)
And while I was at it, I snapped a photo of the Bonneville out back★
I ended up riding it even though he said not to!
As for how loud it is now…
