Someone wanted a ram air kit installed, so we got started on the assembly ☆
The Bandit is still a mess as usual…
The engine area is pretty intense… around the head cover, the sync cap area and all that ◎
We’re using a rotary tool to enlarge the intake opening, changing it from 38φ to 52φ!
The main jet is bumped up 25 sizes to 125, and we’re dropping the needle position one step to PS2 1/2…
The exhaust smells pretty rough though.
After we re-sync everything, we’re done ♪
So will we really pick up 5 horsepower?
