I installed the BMC filter.
Currently, the SPL bomb kit is installed with four intake ports, and we’re switching from a low-resistance sponge filter.
Time for a test ride! Wow, it runs great, and the limit is still 8,000 RPM (on the Kan-Nana). Not bad!
For now, it’s good! Next up is testing on the track to verify everything.
The fact that it works right out of the box means the intake resistance must be pretty low.
At minimum, we’ll need to adjust the carburetor settings.
The best part is you can wash it and reuse it!
