Well, this was a problem, so last night I took a 113-degree bath to work up a sweat, cooled off with water, and then back in the bath!
Yeah, that’s probably why I’m feeling worse!
But I went to bed at 10 p.m. last night and didn’t wake up until noon—I got plenty of sleep!
I’ve recovered quite a bit!
