Let me post yesterday’s work!
The bike is a GSF750 with 30,000 kilometers on the clock, mainly used for touring and such ★
Stem bearings that are probably being disassembled for the first time…
The grease is dried out and the races show impact marks and rust…
The bearings are shared with the 1200, so I’m switching to retainer ball bearings.
This should give it a much more agile handling feel.
I’m also changing the fork oil ★ Of course the oil is “ASH” 100% synthetic ★
What’s the difference? Well, it hasn’t even been a year since I started using it, so I can’t really say—
It seems less prone to temperature changes ★
Whether it’s right after starting or after riding for a while when it heats up, the oil doesn’t seem to thin out as much?
Hard to say for sure, but so far it’s a solid oil ★

Well, time to get to work
