Why do old guys ride scooters with their legs spread out like that??
I went in for an inspection today.
The road was pretty congested…
There are always scooters around.
At the spot where I wanted to pass slowly, there’s this guy with his legs spread out…
His sticking-out feet were in the way, so I couldn’t get past smoothly—had to ride safely.
So the early weekday hours should be empty… but it’s packed.
While waiting in line, the inspector takes a break too, so we wait some more.
It’s hot, but summer really is the best ★
The humidity is just right and it’s perfect.
I wish it could be summer all year long.
