Today I’m riding the Sportster for no good reason again.
I took the Suzuki Taco that’s heading off to be married to Nippon Keiki Service on the Sportster.
Even going all the way around, it’s only about 5 kilometers…
The owner at Nippon Keiki doesn’t seem to mind this kind of weird meter.
“There’s still a mechanical one in here—look at this!” he showed me.
I just hope it works without any issues.
Last night I lowered the ride height front and rear and adjusted the rear suspension with 1G preload and damping, but it’s not working right at all.
The operation is so poor that I’m thinking of asking for an OH and a dyno check,
or maybe just replacing the rear suspension…
Either way, I’ll need to be patient for a bit.
Well, time to get to work.
