There’s so much debris★
First, attach wool to tweezers and roughly remove large debris, then wash
Next, use a micro rotary tool with a disc-shaped brush to gently remove plaque, then wash
Wipe it down and there’s still some left, so polish with the rotary tool and wash
Polish the surface with an oil stone and wash
Both the rear and front are clearly moving much better★
