GSF1200 Flat-Rate Motorcycle Inspection / Front Maintenance / New Tech

So the other day I took the GSF in for a flat-rate motorcycle inspection.
 

 
Here we go! Working hard from the morning!
 

 
First up is New Tech (bamboo) grease ★
The oil was pretty dark again
 

 
We did front maintenance two years ago ★
Double-checking ★ Nice and generous application… I really think New Tech grease is the good stuff.
 

 
I’ve tried all kinds of greases, but this is what I’ve settled on ★
The frame gets pretty hot, so if it leaks out from the stem area it gets messy
That’s why if you use a harder grease, the steering feels kind of sticky
And yet it still drips anyway
The upper and lower races were VERY GOOD! so I’ll clean them and use them again.
 

 
Cream grease on both top and bottom ★
Hoping it stays in good shape for a long time! Squish squish
 

 
The fork oil wasn’t very dirty either!
Made a small carburettor adjustment and we’re done!
