To put it simply, March through November sees the most inspections ★
You’ll need a “Renewal Inspection Tax Certificate”
(with remaining validity) !!!
What people often mistakenly bring is
a “Delinquency Notice Receipt” ← No good
an “Automobile Tax Receipt” ← No good
A “Renewal Inspection Tax Certificate” is OK, but if it’s expired ← No good
If you’ve lost it and your taxes are paid up,
you can get a free replacement at your ward office or similar,
so if you don’t have one, please be sure to get it ★
Inspections are OK to schedule a month in advance, so please contact us early.
