Inazuma 1200 Wiggly

So we had some snow mixed in with the rain falling~
It’s cold, really cold.
And so

Ninpoko.

It’s already close to 100,000 kilometers, so the sidestand sole is down to about 2 mm.
I hear a titanium sidestand is being released at a certain factory,
so this time we’re replacing the sole.

It’s looking pretty rugged now.

Finished with Decoboco coating.
Next

And next is swapping in a certain OEM aluminum rod
The dimensions are close, pretty close, but…

Wiggling and bending, and we’re done.
Next

Direct battery relay ★
I tend to recommend a direct battery relay over HID, and that’s what the owner went with.
Took off the bodywork and fiddled around.
With the direct battery setup, we basically don’t co-crimp anything to the battery terminal.
And so

The ground at a certain spot looked like it might come loose… got sidetracked
The finished wiring kit includes various terminals and connectors, so no worries!
Checked it over
Done
Next

Cleaned the caliper and swapped it for the standard Gixxer version
All done.
Looking at it, it doesn’t seem like much, but why does it take so long?
Waiting on the rear suspension overhaul ★
We’ve got the plate off too, so rest assured
