But that didn’t last long—it shut down right away, and while idling runs really well,
the meter reading won’t go above 1500 rpm and it stalls with a “meh~” sound.

Checked the carburettor passages and air vents carefully again,
visually inspected fuel drop and float valve operation,
and checked the actual fuel level ★ No problems!
Mystery ailment, mystery ailment
It’s gotta be that one thing~
The culprit was the Watanabe unit itself….
Replaced it and boom ★
When it runs well sometimes and poorly other times, it really makes you wonder.
That’s just how it goes sometimes.
