We’ll reduce the steering angle a bit.
Finally oiled it up.
We’ve swapped these out for ball bearings.

The distance collar is short, so we need to make one.
It was running really well.
Since it’s short, we’ll press the bearing inner race.
When I tightened the axle, the rotation got really bad—quite a surprise!
While we’re at it, we’ll remove it and oil it.
Once assembled, #1 is too close to the exhaust pipe, so we need to address that.
And here we are…
The stock hose usually fits without issue,
but the pipe layout basically doesn’t match.
So we have to bend it back into shape within a safe range. ★
• It can’t touch the frame or anything else
• It can’t be too close to the exhaust pipe
• It can’t have excessive tension on it
There are a lot of things to watch out for.
