With such a wide variety of sake, I couldn’t help myself… A good digestive system is a sign of good health.

A rare demon scorpionfish arrived as a live preparation. It’s still twitching and moving.
We’ve removed them, but just be careful of the spines.

They said it was on the small side, but it’s plenty. It’s handled like pufferfish and looks absolutely beautiful.

The grilled fish turned out juicy and it was amazing.

Sesame oil, salt, and wasabi go together so well…

We enjoyed fatty golden eye snapper shabu-shabu style. It’s fish that surpasses meat.
At the end, we made it into ojiya with plenty of rich broth.

The demon scorpionfish’s head becomes miso soup at the end, so we’ll come back for revenge and truly appreciate the life we’ve taken.
With satsuma-age and almond tofu to follow, we ended up completely full.

Only a few are left in stock, so we’re looking forward to the owner’s next catch! See you again! Demon scorpionfish
Thank you for the meal.
