Today we’ll perform oil-cooled maintenance.

What a beautiful condition. This time we have a request for a motorcycle inspection and oil-cooled maintenance.

On units that haven’t been run hard, the damper hardening is gentle. This is evidence that the engine hasn’t overheated much, which is a good sign.

The generator connector has already heated up and melted. We’ll replace it with the same shape and also refresh the terminals.

I apologize that the color is white, but we’ll repair it with the same shape.

This damper shows no signs of having been removed much, and with minimal wear it still has good elasticity. It appears to have been treated gently.

The carburetor had special jets installed, but this is what we found in its current state.

The M and N models have the impression of being pretty tight units.

The engine interior is very clean. Most of the cam shows scuffing.

The factory has shim sets like this, so there’s no need to order them individually.
We have them on hand for GS and GSXR models.

The vacuum synchronization pipe broke, so let’s repair it.
