While the cherry blossoms are beautiful, there’s the flip side: once one person leaves trash, everyone does. With each passing year that cherry blossoms become a hot topic, the quality deteriorates…
For those living in this area, it’s extremely bothersome.
But what’s interesting is this phenomenon where “once one person sets something down and throws it away, everyone does the same.” It’s a subtly fascinating aspect of Japanese behavior, isn’t it?

Today I used the Distagon T* 2.8/15. Along the promenade, private homes are doing their own illumination—how lovely!

The cherry blossoms could use a bit more fullness. But the weather is supposed to take a turn for the worse starting tomorrow—I’m worried.

And another thing—why have kebab stands become so dominant lately? They’re quite the major force…

They’re blooming well, but actually the lanterns haven’t been lit yet.

It would be nice if they could adapt flexibly to the situation, but with coordination between police and fire departments involved, it’s probably difficult.

Actually, they’re blooming sparsely like this… Full cherry blossom bloom really depends on the weather and luck…
