It’s a stock cafe racer. You really feel the difficulty of getting original parts.

The customer asked us to remove a broken M6 bolt. Trying to drill in a spot like this by eye alone is the worst approach.

DSC07762
This is the carburetor that was installed. It feels a bit powdery.

DSC07760
The fuel level can’t be adjusted—or rather, the design seems to say ‘don’t touch it.’

DSC07764
For now the carburetor is good. But we can’t find any original intake manifold, F sprocket, or anything else…
