Cut yellow film with a cutting machine and apply it—gives it that right look.
Inspection, single seat installation, and silencer repair to change—all requested.

Swapped in a hollow nut and installed a ball joint.

I like to mount the ETC unit vertically.

That’s how it turned out.

About the rattling muffler: it turned out the perforations were damaged, so replacing it was faster and more sensible price-wise. I worked with the limited bent pipes we had to make the layout work somehow.
Is a Daishin aluminum muffler cutting-edge in its own way?

At 2 mm thick, we could go full throttle with confidence.

We aimed to follow the line as closely as possible—keeping it tasteful.
*The light blue arrow shows my instinctive sense of what works—roughly the right line?

Reuse what you can. You can’t make a plate with such a nice structure from scratch.

Stamped it with a die,

cut it with a shear,

welded it and attached it,

using the seat cowl hole as a reference,

drilled a hole at the position we just marked and installed a weld nut. We try to avoid back-side nut fastening since it’s awkward to work on.

The reservoir tank was in the way, so we relocated it. Added a weld nut plus a lock washer to improve workability.

That’s what we ended up with.

The hose diameter differs between the tank side and the master side, so we used a lathe. After finishing, a little cleanup gives you peace of mind and safety.
