A small machining job was requested. Today I opened the box… the shipping label shows 15/06/02… five months sealed. My apologies.
I fabricated a collar with an inner diameter of 17 mm. Seventeen is definitely better than seventy-five. It cuts really well.
The other one I set to the specified width dimension.
I polished and finished the parts that came in the box. It’s better when the details are clean too.
If the paint chips, I can just repaint it during the next service. That’s how it goes.
I replaced the bearings too. There appear to be some scratches, but they were there from the start.
Once I anodize the collar, we’re done.
