The NGC hand-bent iron full exhaust with Cerakote has arrived.
The timing worked out perfectly, and it was delivered quickly. NGC-JAPAN
This time, we had Cerakote coating applied as a surface treatment.
At first glance, I can’t tell it apart from ordinary heat-resistant paint. I hope it holds up well.
You can see the weld beads, so it’s definitely thin. The subtle color gives it a nice finish.
The fine attention to detail that keeps the flange from dropping toward the collector is excellent. The flange assembly method makes sense too. The clearance is perfect.
The flange is available in silver or black for visual unity and corrosion prevention, and it’s also treated with Cerakote.
The inside of the silencer is also treated with Cerakote for corrosion resistance.
The insertion point is a separate part that’s flared and welded on. The fit is never loose, and I’m always impressed by the quality of the fit.
Even with aftermarket products, there are exhausts where the insertion won’t fit, is too loose, or requires brute force to mount on the engine. With quality you can trust, installation and removal can be done safely.
