
Front master oil cooler hose installation and tire change, among other requests.

The caliper is Brembo, so the customer wants to change the master to Brembo as well.

Brembo to Brembo—it seems like they won’t be satisfied without actually fitting various parts to see how they look.

We fabricated the left and right brackets. Nothing fancy about them.

We used H2 mini tanks on both sides.


It installed simply and cleanly.

When the clutch is squeezed, it contacts the PASS, so we’ll need to grind it away.

Perfect now. There are ribs on the underside too, so it won’t break from a strength standpoint.

Touch pen finish looks natural.

The oil cooler piping is tricky. In the end, we have to work out the layout with actual-size rubber hose. Full-scale analog is the safest approach.

If there were no hose constraints, we could mount the oil cooler higher.
We fabricated a bracket like this in stainless steel.

Using joint connectors, we squeeze it into the tight space. When changing the oil cooler, always secure the lower side.

We didn’t have the actual fittings on hand, so we checked the length on another bike and bent samples with 45-degree and 60-degree benders to confirm. Glad we did—if we’d just guessed, we’d have gotten the order wrong.
