The inspection is complete, so we’re moving forward with the clutch hose and everything else.
It came out clean and simple.
We deliberately went for a good angle with the fitting.
We cut it to the length needed. Off-the-shelf options are usually too long, which is disappointing.
They wanted both sides to use cotter pins for easy removal. If you don’t need the lever too far out, cotter pins are better for workability.
The fairing cracked, so they asked if we could do something about it. The grommet fits, but clearance-wise we determined plastic won’t work. We made a catch plate from titanium T=0.8 and bonded it in place.
A few hours later… it stuck perfectly.
Even pushing hard, it holds. The catch and titanium spring feel great.
The muffler should arrive by next week, so we should be able to deliver it this weekend.
