After hard riding, the customer reports the brakes feel heavy. Let’s check it out.

Visually, the brake disc doesn’t appear to have any runout. Even if there’s some runout, the pistons can retract and the touch can become soft.

The disc is the 1200-series type, so it’s fine.
As for the front wheel, all dimensions are common from the GSX-R1100K through the Bandit 1200K5. The center bore, PCD, and hole count have been common since around the RG500. It’s classic Suzuki parts sharing.

We’ll remove the caliper and inspect and clean it. Unless the caliper is severely damaged, dragging symptoms should be minimal.

The pad surface doesn’t show any severe glazing either.

Let’s clean the disc too. Drilled discs—the type with holes—are superior for cleaning effect and heat dissipation, so they’re a good choice.
Finally, I recommend closing the master cup without applying excessive pressure.
