Alright, let’s move on to assembly.

I forgot to order the fuel pipe (with O-ring) that connects 1-2 and 3-4…
So I thought about it. The passage diameter was the same 9.5φ as the BST, so I repurposed one.
The brass pipe has been modified, so you can’t just install it as-is.

Let’s check the actual fuel level. Time to readjust from here.

It fit perfectly, which gave us extra peace of mind.

We also sourced the starter valve from another manufacturer, and it’s brand new, so that’s reassuring.

Before starting, we drained the engine oil. It came out with a viscosity close to water due to gasoline contamination…

Just barely made it.

We balanced the synchronization.

The battery positive terminal is a critical area. Co-tightening is risky, but running without a terminal cover is also rough.

It’s better to avoid the ground wire passing nearby as well.

Even a 1% improvement in safety and reliability is worth it.
