These are changes and points noted since the last maintenance.

A famous brake disk. This is a liter bike that reaches high speeds. Let’s make sure to equip it with reliable brakes.
It’s too late once something goes wrong. Your body can’t be replaced, you know.

The bolts were locked so tight it was a struggle to remove them… thread locker really is amazing!

Black is already down to just the M type shown in the image. That’s how it will be going forward.

It’s not possible with some calipers, but this time I set it to T=5.5MM.

Sunstar’s packaging bag is nice—and it’s eco-friendly too!

The wheel has no runout, so that’s reassuring.

Unfortunately, the axle is out.

The pads are sintered RK-MAX. Actually, these are quite high-performance pads.

The caliper return is a bit sluggish. (Needs review)

It’s had a light crash, so I checked the brake lever. If you crash on the track, it’s better to remove the lever. Sand can get in and lock it up, stopping you completely.

Marked left, right, and rotation with a label maker.
Label maker marking = less writing by hand → can’t write anymore = trouble. Hmm.
More to come!
